As the first of all Minsk restaurants (and indeed of the whole Belarus) we crossed the line of 1000 ratings of “4” and “5” on the TripAdvisor traveler reviews website.
The closest pursuer lags behind a good 70 reviews of “4” or “5”. Of course, absolute perfection does not exist. And it is impossible to please all tastes at the same time. 182 of our guests left reviews rated at “1”, “2” and “3”. These were mainly guests, annoyed by the slow service on peak days. (And there have been especially many such peaks in the past two years). This shows the growth reserves for us. Pity that we do not have the opportunity to expand our premises at K. Marx 40 physically.
The reviews were left mainly in Russian, English, Italian, German, Chinese languages. Also, in Belarusian, French, Polish, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish, Japanese, Hebrew, Norwegian, Finnish, Turkish and Czech. And we answered to all these reviews in the same languages in which they were left.
In total, over 3,000 written reviews have been left for us on various Internet sites for more than 8 years of our work. And almost all of them have been answered.
